Session Fees

Session fee (50 mins) $230

 

A Medicare rebate of $137.05 can be claimed with a valid GP Mental Health Care Plan. 

 

Out of pocket cost $92.95

NDIS clients are billed directly to NDIS as per their schedule of fees (no out of pocket fees).

 

The clinic also accepts clients via alternative funding arrangements including WorkCover, private health insurance (please check with your individual fund for rebate amounts), and DVA.

Please note, the current Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended fee for a 45-60 minute clinical psychology session is $300. In order to accommodate local residents, we are pleased to be able to currently offer fees below the recommended APS rate.

Cancellation Policy

​

We kindly require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This allows time for us to offer your appointment to another person on our waitlist. Unattended appointments and those with less than 24 hours cancellation notice will be billed as per the full fee ($300). Note, the cancellation fee is not eligible for a rebate under Medicare. Please notify us if exceptional circumstances apply.

 

COVID19 Policy

 

Please note, we have a very strict covid19 policy. Under no circumstances is anyone allowed to enter the clinic with cold/flu symptoms. We have a responsibility to protect each other and especially our vulnerable clients with underlying health conditions. Please change your appointment to a Telehealth appointment if you are experiencing cold/flu symptoms. If you report during a session that you have cold/flu symptoms, you will be kindly asked to leave and your appointment will be rescheduled.
